Service Description
Japanese practice called Forest Bathing (Shinrin-yoku) is a research and evidence-based practice that supports health and wellness through guided, slow, sensory walks in forests and other natural environments. It promotes healing and wellbeing. Guided Forest Bathing Experience • A step-by-step guided experience • Engage with your senses • Awaken to the messages of the forest • Interspecies conversations • Connecting with footprints and feathers • Pebble Meditation This is a guided experience in a group of three or more participants. We conclude with a closing earth celebration where we share the messages of the forest and a Zen meditation.
